At night, the master suite, four double bedrooms, and two charming children's rooms combine noble materials with modern comfort, ensuring total relaxation and privacy.

The ski room is fully equipped with boot and glove warmers and ski racks, while the wellness area includes a counter-current swimming pool, hammam, and a peaceful lounge. For cozy evenings, the private home cinema offers the perfect family retreat.

The lower ground floor features two heated and secured garages.

The ground floor includes a welcoming entrance hall, ski room, a full spa area with pool, hammam and lounge, a mountain-carved wine cellar, and an elevator.

On the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (double sinks, bathtub, and separate shower), two children’s rooms (each with four beds and their own bathrooms), a laundry room, and elevator access.

The second floor reveals a grand entrance hall, an open-plan living space with a 3-meter sofa, fireplace, mezzanine library, a dining area with a 3.6-meter table for up to 15 guests, a main kitchen, a professional kitchen with pantry, and two staff rooms.

At the top, the third floor features a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom (double sinks, bathtub, separate shower), as well as a private home cinema that can convert into an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom.
