Biathlon combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting, offering a different way to enjoy the mountains. Suitable for beginners, these private lessons introduce you to both disciplines with guidance from qualified instructors. You'll develop your skiing skills, practise your aim and concentration, and experience the challenge of switching between physical effort and precision shooting.

This activity is accessible to those comfortable in water, no need to be a professional diver or swimmer, you just have to be smart at using the water movements, obstacles and waves.

Snowshoe walks offer a wonderful way to discover Méribel’s winter landscapes away from the ski slopes, with guided outings led by qualified instructors. Suitable for all levels, these walks are available in English and provide an opportunity to explore peaceful forests, mountain trails and traditional Alpine surroundings while learning more about the local wildlife, flora and mountain heritage.

Adaptive ski lessons offer people with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy skiing with support tailored to their needs and abilities. With specialist instructors, lessons are adapted to your experience, mobility and objectives, helping you build confidence and make the most of your time on the slopes. Whether you're trying skiing for the first time or looking to improve, individual tuition provides guidance suited to you.

Located at the heart of the Three Valleys, Barometer Bar offers a warm, vibrant, and stylish setting with a truly international atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting Méribel for skiing, sightseeing, or simply to unwind, this bar and restaurant provides the perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and soak up the lively alpine energy. Open every day, Barometer is famous for serving some of the best pizzas in town, alongside a menu inspired by both French and Italian cuisine. 

This restaurant is ideally situated right on the slopes of Meribel at the Saulire Express mid station with easy access from the Maudit and Biche pistes. La Fruitière serves some of the best food to be had on the slopes with their dishes lovingly prepared by Franck Mischler, Maître Cuisinier de France. 

Located in a traditional stone village house, this British-run bar/restaurant is the centre of nightlife in Les Allues. A dozen pizzas are on offer, including the popular l’Anglaise (mozzarella, tomato, smoked bacon, sausage, mushrooms and egg) or the Orientale (hoisin sauce, shredded duck and spring onion). You can also ‘bespoke’ your pizza by adding or subtracting your own ingredients.

Ideal for skiers on the go, Cookie’s Club serves generous international dishes, sweet treats and sunny terrace vibes - all in a prime ski-in/ski-out location.

Located at the top of La Loze, this romantically rustic restaurant serves up quality cuisine with meats cooked on the open fire. A very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Part of the Hotel le Mottaret, this bar has a fantastic sunny terrace serving lunch and après-ski tunes, just 50m from the Perdrix and Furet green runs.

The museum in Les Allues is located in an old house the 'Maison Bonnevie', opposite the church and shows exhibits of the Méribel valley's history and traditions. 

The Vanoise National Park is one of the highlights of the Tarentaise region. 

At the bottom of the pistes, in the tourist office (Maison du Tourisme), you will find lift pass offices where you can purchase you ski pass.

Warmer and more friendly for customers, you can buy your Skipass in this pleasant environment.

Located right at the bottom of the slopes in the Telecabine de Tougnete building in the La Chaudanne central lift station area.

At this lift pass office you can get your lift passes, pedestrian passes, piste maps and more.

Located at the hub of the Meribel Altiport, near to the Altiport chairlift and at the top of the Morel chairlift.

Situated in the heart of Meribel Village next to the Telesiege du Golf chairlift lies the lift pass office.

Méribel-Mottaret is a purpose-built resort dating from the 1970s. It shares Méribel’s chalet-style architecture but most of its accommodation is in the form of large apartment blocks and hotels. The resort is mostly car-free and much of the accommodation is ski-in, ski-out. It has a good selection of shops, services, bars and restaurants.

Méribel is the biggest and best known village in the valley with the widest selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Famous for its picture postcard chalets and chalet style apartment buildings and hotels, Méribel has retained all the charm of a traditional mountain village with its wood and stone buildings and forest setting. Fast, modern ski lifts offer easy access to the Méribel valley ski area (150km of pistes) and the three Valleys (600km of pistes).

Méribel Village is a small, traditional hamlet of chalets and converted barns and is a popular destination for those who prefer a tranquil, village atmosphere.

La Tania is a small, family-friendly resort known for its traffic-free centre and charming wood-clad buildings. Sitting between Courchevel and Méribel, it offers easy access to the Trois Vallées ski area and a relaxed, good-value atmosphere. Perfect for those seeking a quieter, welcoming ski holiday.

Les Allues is a charming traditional Savoyard village just a short gondola ride from Méribel. It offers a genuine Alpine atmosphere with a mix of chalets, apartments and essential amenities. Ski access is good, though the return run may close early in the season. It’s perfect if you want a peaceful stay close to the slopes with authentic village life.

Brides-les-Bains is a bustling spa town at 600 metres down at the bottom of the valley, linked with Méribel by the Olympe gondola lift. This valley town offers a decent range of accommodation at a fraction of the price of the Méribel resorts.
