Warm, atmospheric hotel with a spa in the centre of resort
This is a charming ski in, ski out hotel that offers a warm welcome, great after-ski ambiance and a cosy atmosphere. Situated right on the pistes and close to the lifts you'll easily be able to maximise your ski time whilst staying here.
The hotel has a stylish wooden alpine interior and all rooms include free WiFi access, satellite TV and a safe. Close to the centre of resort, it also gives you easy access to all the local shops, bars and restaurants. There are 44 beautifully furnished rooms, suites and duplex; all with balconies and fabulous views over the ski slopes or the Meribel Valley.
The children will be entertained in the dedicated children's area with board games and a video games console and for the adults the hotel houses the only spa in Meribel Mottaret which features a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, sensory shower and two treatment rooms.
The outside terrace offers you the chance to soak up the last of the sun after a day on the slopes...or to enjoy a few hours perfecting that goggle tan in the middle of the day.
The Alpen Ruitor also offers a seminar room for business bookings, with a capacity for up to 40 people. The room has great views over the Meribel Valley.
After a hard day on the mountain, guests can relax in the hotel's lounge bar and enjoy aperitifs and afternoon tea by the warmth of the open fire.
The rustic restaurant offers traditional cuisine created with fresh local products as well as an Argentinian inspired grill area. Half-board is included and you can expect a large traditional French spread for breakfast, afternoon tea with fresh pastries in the lounge and a 5 course evening meal with an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, cheese buffet and dessert.
This wellness area is dedicated to beauty and features a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, sensory shower and two treatment rooms. Adapted for skiers, the menu offers treatments especially created for the AlpenRuitor, with hot rock massages and Tahitian black sand scrubs.
Open every day from 10:00 to 21:00, the spa is free to AlpenRuitor guests. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
