Meribel opening weekend

Breakfast on the lifts for the Méribel winter season opening

Take in the views, sip a hot coffee and munch on a fresh croissant!

The lifts open at 09:00 and then from 11:30 to 13:30 discover Savoyard folklore!
The Tourist Office and the association “Alluétaise”, invite you to enjoy a warm, traditional atmosphere with Savoyard songs, accordion music and tastings of local products. 

At lunchtime, head to the Chalet Détente, near the Méribel sign on Saulire. From midday to 14:00 the chefs at La Folie Douce invite you to sample mouth-watering bite-sized desserts, accompanied by a brass band and with the iconic Dent de Burgin as a backdrop. 

And from 16:30 to 18:00 meet us on the Mottaret snow front for a mulled wine tasting, to the sound of a brass band for a convivial atmosphere.

Upcoming Events

Méribel hosts a number of events throughout the summer and winter months, some of which span the entire Three Valleys. Two such events are Les 3 Vallees Enduro in April with every type of snowboard, ski and telemark racing imaginable, and the 3 Vallées Addict Tour mountain bike festival every July. The Tourist Office also organises children's events and activities during the school holidays.
