ESF Cross-Country Skiing
5 or 6 day cross-country skiing course
Why not try a new activity this winter and learn how to cross-country ski!
For most people the only time they really experience cross-country skiing is by watching the Olympics. With this ski school you can try it yourself! Cross-country skiing is a fitness based discipline that is mainly practiced on specially developed tracks.
You can choose to learn or improve at either:
- Skate skiing
- Classic skiing
Most professionals say that classic is easier to learn as the movement is similar to walking, whilst skate skiing tends to be more suited to athletic people as the movement is more dynamic.
All staff speak English, ensuring that there are no communication barriers and to provide the best possible learning experience.
