Snow & & Santa Forecast for Christmas in the Three Valleys
There is snow coming to Meribel in time for Christmas, the clouds have moved in and after three weeks of sunshine it looks more like winter again in the Three Valleys.
As well as snow for christmas there will be visits from Santa in Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens and fireworks and torch lit descents.
Take care in the new snow off-piste. The rocks will be just below the surface and avalanche experts are warning of a weak layer in the snow pack that could increase the risk of avalanche accidents.
Enjoy the snow and have a Merry Christmas.
