Popular smokehouse with great meat and exclusive range of craft beers in Meribel
Not content with being one of the most popular bars in resort with its enviable and exclusive range of craft beers, The Brewer's Den can now claim to be the one and only smokehouse in the Alps.
This stylish smokehouse and craft beer bar has recently been refurbished and is now collaborating with the New World Smokehouse in Lyon to bring you an exciting new dining experience in Meribel.
Whatever you choose from the menu, you can be sure that it has been locally sourced and smoked in-house. Even the pickles are pickled on site! The smokehouse BBQ menu features weekly specials and lots of slow-cooked meaty goodness - think 6-hour smoked BBQ ribs, 13-hour smoked pork shoulder in hoisin sauce, angus beef burger with fondue cheese sauce and the finest pulled pork you will find in the Alps, if not France.
Combine this with an ever-changing line-up of 10 craft beers on draught, prosecco on tap & bacon-infused bourbon & you've got the idea - craft beer, slow cooked BBQ and some of the best live music in town.
After you have finished your meal you can carry on the party downstairs in Sully's nightclub which is open 7 nights a week.
The bar is open from 17:00 to 01:30 throughout the season, with the smokehouse serving food between 18:00 and 22:00.
