1. Le Cookie's Club Restaurant

Ideal for skiers on the go, Cookie’s Club serves generous international dishes, sweet treats and sunny terrace vibes - all in a prime ski-in/ski-out location.

Right in the middle of the main slopes of Méribel, Cookie’s Club at Adray Télébar is perfectly placed for skiers looking to refuel without missing a moment on the mountain. Open from 11:00 to 15:30, it’s your go-to spot for fast, flavourful food between runs.

The menu brings together international favourites - think hearty soups, fresh salads, stacked burgers and homemade paninis - with something for every appetite. Craving something sweet? You’ll find Nutella paninis, rich hot chocolate and more to enjoy on the sun-soaked terrace or in the lively games room with billiards, table football and video games.

Whether you're after a quick pit stop or a relaxed midday break, Cookie’s Club is all about good food, great energy and unbeatable slope-side convenience.

2. La Terrasse la Brasserie du Village

La Terrasse, nestled in the heart of Méribel Village just 100m from the Golf chairlift and at the base of the Lapin piste, is open all year round - even during inter-seasons. Book your table online via the “Check website” button above and enjoy lunch, après-ski, or dinner on the heated terrace or in their cosy dining room, whatever the weather.

Their culinary team works with carefully chosen local ingredients wherever possible, crafting a menu that blends international inspiration with Alpine flavours. From gourmet burgers, Savoyard favourites, locally sourced meats and daily specials to colourful salads, there’s something for every appetite. Sustainability sits at the core of what they do: they minimise food waste, avoid single-use plastics, and offer a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Après-ski is where La Terrasse truly comes alive. Every afternoon, a different live artist or band takes to the outdoor stage, bringing energy, rhythm, and good vibes. Share a jug of beer with friends, sip luxurious hot chocolate, or warm up with their homemade vin chaud as the music flows into early evening.
And when you’re not ready to stop? The party moves upstairs. Extended Après at Lodge du Village continues on specific days of the week.

For a more intimate night, book a table in their restaurant and take your time with their signature dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Heated terrace tables are available, and takeaway options offer even more flexibility. Reservations are strongly recommended.

3. Aux Petits Oignons restaurant

Owners Sarah Mundy and Eric Gelin have turned this restaurant into a popular eating place and a heart of Méribel social life. Aux Petits Oignons is open all year round and has a reputation for great food and drinks at fair prices and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

As you enter the restaurant you are immediately warmed by the open fire in the centre of the room. The decoration is simple and unfussy, and the atmosphere is animated, thanks to the open bar. This has become a popular spot for both British and French locals to drop in for a drink.

The restaurant is open each day for lunch serving good, fair priced dishes; a three course menu du jour, and salads, burgers, homemade Croque Monsieur and soup.

The evening menu is based on a classic French menu with some international dishes and vegetarian options.

The restaurant prides itself not only on the fabulous menu and carefully selected wine list but also the efficient and attentive service. At the same time, the ambience is informal and friendly and later in the evening more people come into the bar area to add to the atmosphere.

Booking is recommended.

4. Tsaretta Spice restaurant

Méribel is one of the world’s premier ski resorts, offering everything one could want from the mountains, bar one thing… authentic Indian cuisine. Tsaretta Spice has fast become one of the most popular restaurants in the valley, taking the Méribel food scene by storm and is open from December until April every year.

Located in Altitude 1600 (Morel) just above the main town, Tsaretta Spice brings you contemporary Indian cuisine of the highest quality. Their head chef, Yousuf Mohammed, and his experienced team bring you an exciting and original menu of amazing dishes.

Yousuf's wealth of knowledge has been garnered from working in some of the best Indian restaurants in the UK, including The Bombay Brasserie, Dishoom, Imli (Tamarind), Veeraswamy and Mint and Mustard.

Relax after a fun day on the slopes and enjoy some of the best food in town.

They are open every day and it is advisable to book your table well in advance, large parties always welcome.

Tsaretta Restaurant, Meribel - Les Allues exterior

5. Tsaretta Restaurant

Located in a traditional stone village house, this British-run bar/restaurant is the centre of nightlife in Les Allues. A dozen pizzas are on offer, including the popular l’Anglaise (mozzarella, tomato, smoked bacon, sausage, mushrooms and egg) or the Orientale (hoisin sauce, shredded duck and spring onion). You can also ‘bespoke’ your pizza by adding or subtracting your own ingredients.

Tsaretta has become a firm favourite with local residents and visitors alike, offering a fantastic international à la carte menu in a relaxed dining area spread over two floors. Their freshly made pizzas are some of the best in the valley and can be ordered to eat in or take away. They cater for private events with the option of booking one of the floors for a private party.

With something for everyone you can expect a relaxed, fun atmosphere with excellent service, Sunday lunches, bbqs in the summer, daily specials, food events, wine tastings and a pop up craft beer festival. It even has a kids playground opposite the sun terrace.

The restaurant is open year round and with a central location it is very easy to get to, so it is certainly worth visiting this gem in the heart of Les Allues.

You can watch sport on the big screen or enjoy some sunshine on one of the two shaded terraces. Tsaretta continues to open seven days a week in the inter-seasons and summer too making it a great place to meet and enjoy a meal all year round.

6. l'Ekrin Restaurant

An elegant and warm atmosphere, refinement and rich black velvet mixed with gold tones and wood to warm the hearts and appetites.

The chef, Laurent Azoulay, showcases inventive cuisine, delicate and inspired with a fantastic wine menu to match. His philosophy is creativity, texture, revisiting products and bringing them up to date.

Laurent began his career at the Oustau of Baumanière, then worked for Alain Ducasse and Pierre Gagnaire and was a sous-chef at Jacques Chibois’s restaurant in La Bastide Saint-Antoine. He was the chef de cuisine of Les Trésomes in Annecy from 2002 for three years. As of 2013 he has been running this restaurant in Hotel Le Kaila for the winter, whilst in the summer months, he is based at his Montreux restaurant.

The dishes in this establishment from scallops seared with truffles to the Bresse smoked chicken and the langoustine from the Brittany coast are light, instinctive with fantastic texture variation.

Open from 19:00 to 22:00. Reservations are essential and can be made by contacting the restaurant directly.

A versatile mountain restaurant perfect for lunch, dinner, coffee or drinks. Conveniently located in front of the Plattières télécabine, it’s easily accessible for both skiers and pedestrians. The menu features a tasty selection of pizza, loaded burgers, fresh salads and comforting pasta dishes, making it ideal for a quick bite on the go or a relaxed meal. With its friendly atmosphere and prime location, it’s a popular spot to refuel and unwind in the mountains.

They are family friendly and offer a good plat du jour plus a varied menu including great pizzas, salads, burgers and pasta.

You'll often find live music being played on Sundays in winter, creating a nice atmosphere.

8. Les Pierres Plates (La Saulire) Restaurant

The main restaurant has a 320 degree view of the mountains and there's a large terrace outside with a pasta bar.

Take in the fresh air while having lunch at the summit rising more than 2730 metres above sea level.

They have plenty of entertainment on offer with shows and live music on the terrace. The 320-degree restaurant serves creative cuisine based on traditional French recipes. There is also a snack bar serving sandwiches and hot dishes, and a bar on the terrace.

You can also experience 'The First Track' depart by gondola for a continental breakfast at 2730m above sea level. Enjoy the early morning mountain sun and have the privilege of the first tracks on beautiful newly groomed open slopes. The Last Track on Tuesdays and Thursdays allows you to have an aperitif after the slopes have closed and enjoy the sunset from the mountains.

9. La Coursive des Alpes Restaurant

Welcome to the ski resort’s former cinema, with a lounge bar on the ground-floor for snacks and a drink, and the restaurant proper up on the mezzanine.

This is a unique setting for a restaurant and the decor is also modern and edgy. The bar area is a cosy spot for a pre or post dinner drink, with low mood lighting. The restaurant is bright and vibrant with a view down to the bar. Privatisation is possible for special events.

It's definitely the place to go if you're looking for something a bit different and not the usual Savoyarde fare. The chef cooks modern, tasty, well-crafted cuisine, such as toasted ham with truffles and Beaufort cheese; sweetbread and buckwheat, harissa of carrots; to finish, rum baba with orange preserve and vanilla cream. 

On the menu you'll also find reasonably-priced set menus with two or three courses. There is also a children's menu.

Their signature ‘fall-off-the-bone and into-your-mouth chicken’ is just the beginning - tuck into juicy burgers, bold sauces, and a menu crafted with the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Vegetarian? No problem. They’ve created delicious veggie burgers and satisfying winter salads that are anything but an afterthought. Whether you're craving comforting roasts or lighter bites, every dish is made to delight.

Bright & modern cocktail bar and restaurant serving regional specialities, salads and sharing platters for lunch and dinner.

Situated just across the main road from the Troika beginner’s piste in the centre of La Tania, access can be gained via a public lift next to the Montana Hotel which takes you down to the ski bus stop immediately opposite.

La Taiga serves a variety of good value menus including a daily special Skier's Menu with a choice of 2 or 3 courses. Open every day from 12:00 to 14:30 for lunch and from 18:30 to 22:30 for dinner.

L'Alti 16 Pizzeria Restaurant, Meribel Valley interior

12. L'Alti 16 Pizzeria Restaurant

This small cosy restaurant is located at Altitude 1600, halfway between Altiport and La Chaudanne. It is popular for its freshly baked pizzas and friendly service. Known for its delicious wood-fired pizzas, generous portions and fresh, high-quality ingredients, the menu also includes tasty salads, pasta dishes, and comforting desserts. The snug, friendly ambiance and views of snowy peaks make it a favourite for relaxed meals with friends or family. Whether you’re stopping by after skiing or simply craving a good pizza, L’Alti 16 serves hearty comfort food with Alpine charm.

Alongside the pizza menu, they also offer omelettes, salads, pasta dishes, tartiflette, steak and fondue, as well as a few Asian dishes. Open daily during the winter season for dinner only, from 17:30 to 22:30. Takeaway available.

13. Le Monchu Restaurant

Tucked along the Rhodos piste, this charming chalet combines a relaxed bistro restaurant with a cosy lounge area. At lunch, you can choose from colourful starters, quality matured meats, burgers, fish, salads, pizzas and Savoyard classics. On Sundays, they serve a book-ahead terrace brunch with a buffet and cocktail trolley. The lounge, filled with sofas and beanbags, is dedicated to Veuve Clicquot, making it a dreamy spot for breakfast, pastries, desserts, and, of course, champagne.

It's also a great place for après-ski, with parties on Thursdays on the terrace. Staff dress up and a DJ plays 80's and 90's tunes remixed in a dance-house style. Thousands of coloured bubbles will blow out over the terrace! Check out their special event evenings too. Open every day throughout the winter season. Le Monchu has a great sunny terrace with fabulous views of the ski area.
