Their delivery services takes the hassle out of ski hire by avoiding queues in the ski shop and the inconvenience of lugging your equipment to and from your chalet. Their mobile team will provide you with the highest quality rental equipment, combined with excellent levels of customer service at a highly competitive price.
How it works:
- Order online
Though their online booking system you can provide them with all the information we need to prepare your order. They will deliver your equipment to your chalet or accommodation prior to your arrival. By booking online you have the ability online to select the price band you wish and you are always free to upgrade or change in resort. Their technicians will select the best ski or board based on your experience and the current snow conditions, to maximise your skiing enjoyment. - If you have not ordered your ski equipment online
If you arrive in resort and have not pre-booked, just give them a call and they shall arrange for one of their technicians around to take your order in person. They also operate out-with normal shop hours, so no matter how early or late you arrive, they are always at hand to get you fitted and ready to hit the slopes. - Delivery of your ski rental
If you have pre-ordered, your ski hire will either be waiting for you in your accommodation when you arrive in resort or be pre-prepared ready and waiting for your call. When you arrive at your accommodation you can ask a member of your chalet staff or phone them yourself. They will send a technician around to make any changes or adjustments necessary and to regulate your bindings if you have brought your own boots. - Changing your ski hire during the week
At any point during your holiday please feel free to contact them if you are less than 100% satisfied with your equipment or if you would simply like to try a different piece of rental equipment. If you are staying in La Tania or Les Allues, you can use their shop to make any changes, elsewhere they will send a technician to see you. - Payment of your ski equipment
They take payment online for most rentals so you are not interrupted during your stay. They can make any refunds or surplus adjustments by credit card over the phone or via an email payment link. If you prefer they can send one of their payment clerks around to your chalet to complete payment during the week. - Collection of your ski rental
At the end of your stay they will simply collect the equipment from your chalet or accommodation, avoiding another trip to the ski shop.
