Their delivery service takes the hassle out of ski hire by avoiding queues at the shop and the inconvenience of carrying equipment to and from your chalet. Their mobile team provides high-quality rental equipment with excellent customer service, all at a highly competitive price.
How it works:
- Order online
Through their online booking system, you can provide all the information needed to prepare your order. They will deliver your equipment to your chalet or accommodation before your arrival. When booking online, you can select your preferred price band and are always free to upgrade or change your equipment once in resort. Their technicians will choose the best skis or snowboard based on your experience and current snow conditions to maximise your enjoyment on the slopes. - If you haven’t ordered your ski equipment online
If you arrive in resort without pre-booking, simply give them a call. They will arrange for a technician to visit and take your order in person. They also operate outside normal shop hours, so no matter how early or late you arrive, they’ll be there to get you fitted and ready to ski. - Delivery of your ski rental
If you pre-ordered, your ski hire will be waiting at your accommodation on arrival or pre-prepared for your call. When you arrive, you can ask chalet staff or phone them directly. A technician will come to make any adjustments needed and regulate your bindings if you’ve brought your own boots. - Changing your ski hire during the week
If at any point during your holiday you’re not completely satisfied with your equipment or want to try something different, just contact them. If you’re staying in La Tania or Les Allues, you can visit their shop to make changes. Elsewhere, they will send a technician to you. - Payment of your ski equipment
Most payments are taken online so you won’t be interrupted during your stay. Any refunds or adjustments can be handled by credit card over the phone or via an email payment link. Alternatively, they can send a payment clerk to your chalet to complete payment during your stay. - Collection of your ski rental
At the end of your stay, they will simply collect the equipment from your chalet or accommodation, saving you another trip to the ski shop.
