50th Anniversary of the Aero Club de Meribel at this Years Meribel Air Show
Celebrations take place from 27th July to 1st August
It's going to be an exciting weekend here in Meribel as the Aero Club de Meribel celebrate their 50th Year.
The Meribel Air Show will be taking place on Sunday 27th and Monday 28th July, followed by workshops, films and activities for the family, up to the 1st of August.
In the skies above on Monday the Patrouille de France and some of France's top pilots will be performing aerial acrobatics and fly-bys, which is always great to watch.
At the air show there will be 40 aircraft to come and look at, including modern planes, microlights & helicopters. There will be children's workshops to make kites and gliders, astronomy workshops and tourist flights which you can pay to go on.
The ground display and overhead aerobatics are entirely free to come and watch.
