Adray Télébar spa

Warm haven for post‑slope relaxation and renewal

Location
Meribel

Resident‑only spa offering sauna, hammam and bespoke massages to ease weary muscles and quiet the mind between ski adventures.

Slip into tranquillity at this relaxation area, an intimate retreat reserved exclusively for guests. Panoramic mountain days give way to gentle warmth and unhurried calm the moment you step inside.

Start with the dry heat of the sauna, where rising temperatures trigger endorphins, boost circulation and melt away stiffness. Prefer a softer, humid embrace? The hammam’s steam soothes tired limbs and hastens recovery, so cramps barely register the next morning. To complete the ritual, book a professional massage: their therapists draw on varied techniques to restore vitality whenever you need it.

Every visit includes fresh towels, secure lockers and a quiet space for unrushed unwinding. For details or to arrange a treatment, simply stop by reception - their team will be delighted to help.
