This mountain restaurant uses the very best local produce to deliver tasty à la carte dishes in the restaurant, or you can enjoy the terrace bar where it's all about snacks and drinks in the sunshine.
This restaurant is renowned throughout Meribel as being one of the best places for a piste side meal. Situated where the Foret and Rhodos green runs meet, it is easy for every level of skier and boarder to access and it can also be reached on foot from town.
Known locally as "The Ronnie", this restaurant and bar is open daily from 09:00 – 19:30 and serves a great à la carte lunch menu from 11:30 – 15:00. They offer a wide range of hearty, fresh and delicious dishes from rostis to pizzas to substantial salads. Their menu has something for all tastes.
The wine list has an interesting variety of New World wines alongside more traditional French and local Savoie wines, with bottles varying from 18€ for a Vin de Savoie to 60€ for a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. A nice touch is that many wines are also offered in half bottles, and several different wines are served by the glass.
Le Rond Point has an informal bustling atmosphere where families and friends can enjoy a hearty lunch before returning to the slopes. On bad weather days you can sit inside in their warm and comfortable restaurant, but when the sun's out, relax on the huge sunny terrace and enjoy your meal overlooking some of the best views of the valley whilst soaking up some rays.
If you are keen to maximise your ski time and just want a quick bite to eat, Le Rond Point has a funky little café with newly renovated sun terrace and direct ski access. It serves a selection of hot and cold snacks and drinks, including spicy noodles, burgers and freshly filled hot paninis.
Don’t forget to return to the Ronnie at the end of the day when the bar turns into a legendary après-ski venue. It is a Three Valleys experience not to be missed!
